Physical Description: Madeleine is a fairly thin young girl, frozen forever at the age of twelve. She has slightly curly blonde colored hair and dark blue eyes, that can seem piercing at times. She has fairly pale skin, even though that is typical to her vampire qualities. She has long fingers and is fairly well muscled, even though those muscles don't reflect her vampiric muscles, since vampires are extremely strong. Madeleine's hair is mainly a dull blonde, for the most part, which does not exactly match her brown and blonde mixed color the compliments her eyes. Madeleine's eyelashes are about two to two and a half centimeters long as well.
Personality: Madeleine is more of an fashionable type of girl, even though she does enjoy gardening. She loves to take hours to ponder over the perfect clothing, before deciding on a breath taking piece. Madeleine is fairly friendly, though her friends, most of the time are only vampires, and her twin sister. Madeleine is kind to animals, and helps nuture them at times, finding that she can talk to them and they will listen, quite well in fact.

Madeleine is a type of person that likes to emphasize her beauty, she takes a long time to decide over styles, and make them perfect with touches here and there. Madeleine likes to consider herself complicated, not a spoiled snotty girl, like others may or may not think she is. Madeleine enjoys shopping, atleast, once she is fully in control of her thirst, she enjoys shopping. Madeleine is a highly intelligent young girl, and has seen quite a bit in her one hundred and four years. Madeleine is also fairly reasonable, for the age she is frozen at.

Personal History: Madeleine was born a twin, her twin sister was, and is Juliana, who is her identical twin. Madeleine was raised in a wealthy family, she was one of the precious jewels set in her family's crown. Madeleine got whatever she wanted, her mother and father were always willing to give her whatever she wanted, for the most part, atleast. She had the most expensive clothing, like her whole family, and her father never even questioned her if she asked for something that would be out of reason for the average family.

Madeleine basked in the glory of her family, she was honored, and it seemed as if, when they entered town everyone was staring at her, not that she did not loved it, she lived on the praise. Madeleine was dreading it, when her father change, he had some dream apparently, and at the age of eight, her and her family got up and moved cross country, all the way over to California, leaving the life she loved so much, lived and breathed, ate and drinked, the life that kept her, her.

Madeleine was furious, when she asked for one of those yellow rocks her father found in a stream her mother yelled and her, and punished her. Madeleine was disappointed, she was tired, and she didn't live the same, her mother seemed the same as her, as her father semed to grow crazy from the river, and the yellow rocks. Her mother grew sick of the charade and moved her and her twin back to their old house, they lived carefully and they weren't the same.

Madeleine though, could remember the day of her transformation, easily, her father had died, fell into that river, and her mother had ran off, weeping, crazy, just not the same. It took a day for them to be noticed, she could remember the seering pain, her veins were burning, and the fire was eating her from the inside out. She screamed and cryed out, but she awoke new, like her sister, with a new family, and new ways, and rules to live by, adopted into the family of Caludia and Victor Swift.

This Is What I Can Do:

Rachel tossed her head slightly, she had had to wake up this early, numb from last night, a day of running, and surveying, for this border patrol, she never felt like she got even a drop of sleep before she had to be awake again. Rachel picked up the pace as she neared La Push, her wolf nose and ears listening acutely for something, vampires, anything that changed, that was different. Nothing. She sighed again, her eyes remaining set forward, though they swiveled a little as she surveyed her surrondings. Nothing, as usual, she shouldn't have to be out here, especially when the last patrol had said everything was fine. There was no reason. She yawned, her jaws stretching wide.

Rachel slowly passed through the bursh that grew fairly densly in the woods, she gazed out of the woods, her keen eyes spotting Leah nearly instantly, her sight unhindered by the vast darkness that coated almost everything. Rachel silently shifted back, into a human, pulling her clothes over her. She stepped tentively out of the woods, her feet softly falling with a rhythmic pattern onto the dew covered grass as she made her way slowly towards Leah. She lifted her necklace out of her pocket and slowly adjusted it arond her neck as she walked at a set pace towards Leah.

Rachel didn't notice when the grass turned to sand under her feet as she walked onto the beach. Her gaze drifting to the moonlight that shimmered like a perfect reflection, an illusion on the water. Rachel continued walking, her pace slow. She sat down on the sand, maybe ten feet away from Leah, stretching her toes into the sand, her brown eyes glancing up at the shimmering stars. She stretched her arms above her head and smiled, slightly to herself.

"Hello." She said in a barely audible whisper, even though she knew she would be heard. Her voice fit the night, mostly quiet, though not quite as dark. Her brown eyes traveled back to watch the moonlight, reflecting off of the waves. She knew that at one point she would have to return to the woods, to finish her patrol before daybreak, most likely, and then get some well earned rest, where ever she decided to sleep, or maybe at home. That was always an option.

She brought herself to wonder if her mother, father, and little brother ever missed her, sure, she was old enough to move out, and away, but then again, they probably were not exactly happy with her staying away, not even visiting, much. Rachel sighed lightly, her eyes gazing at the pale sand, her life seemed like a mess, twisted and coiled to a point where it was dreadfully tangled, and it could never be untangled to the best extent, made perfectly the same once more, nothing would be the same, ever again, and she already knew that. Rachel slowly opened her lcoket, forcing herself to look at the family portrait she had placed in it before leaving them, and she knew, or remembered, that it was safer this way.
